Program Manager — Youth Development & Internship Initiatives

Location: Gardenland/Northgate Neighborhood, Sacramento, CA

Status: Full-time

The GreenHouse cultivates a thriving community by nurturing the emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and physical development of youth—empowering them to grow into their full potential.

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Program Manager to lead our high school after-school and internship programs with vision, care, and purpose.

What You'll Do:

• Design and oversee meaningful youth development and internship programming.

• Inspire, coach, and supervise a dedicated team of staff and volunteers.

• Build authentic relationships with students, families, and community partners.

• Bring structure, creativity, and consistency to day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.

• Ensure programs are compliant, mission-aligned, and outcomes-driven.

What We’re Looking For:

• A thoughtful leader with 3+ years in youth development or education.

• Experience managing people, designing programs, and mentoring teens.

• Strong organizational, relational, and communication skills.

• Bilingual skills (Spanish or Farsi) are a plus.

• A heart for holistic growth—emotional, intellectual, and spiritual.
